11745 Oklawaha Drive. This is the dream
house we have been looking for. It's on a canal that connects to a major chain
of lakes. There is a great work shop area and a very nice yard. We will be able
to set up a vegetable garden and will have fun maintaining the flora already in
place. The house was built in 1989 and meets the 2006 hurricane codes. The
people who we bought it from are general contractors and put a lot of extra
touches in the house. Things like built in fire sprinkler system, termite
control system, yard sprinkler system... the list goes on and on.
